This notice has been prepared to inform data subjects about personal-data processing activities on salihpekmezci.com under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data processed

The website does not provide a standalone online appointment or health-data collection form. It is not intended to collect sensitive health information through the website.

When the user chooses to use services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp, the relevant third-party provider may become a recipient of data.
Where an international transfer of personal data occurs, Article 9 of KVKK and the applicable secondary legislation are taken into account.

Subject to the conditions set out in Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects may exercise their rights regarding whether their personal data is processed, obtaining information about processing, learning the purposes and recipients of processing, requesting correction or deletion and exercising other rights provided by law.
